Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Straus Family Organic Vanilla Ice Cream
- Drizzle of fruity California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil
- Small sprinkle of Pinot Noir-infused Sea Salt, or other fine grained sea salt
- Scoop ice cream into a chilled martini glass. Drizzle California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil over top, and finish with a small
- sprinkle of sea salt. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
