Our recipe combines Cabernet Sauvignon wine, extra virgin olive oil and simple flavors - tamari, black pepper, garlic and herbs to deliver a new level of flavor.
The wine in our recipe adds acidity to help slowly tenderize your protein while enhancing the flavors in your dish. And the alcohol in our recipe has been cooked off in the process, making it friendly for all ages!
To Use: Give the bottle a good shake to mix the spices and oil together. Pour marinade on your favorite protein and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to unlock a fusion of flavor before cooking. Or use it as a sauce and add it to your favorite protein and cook over low heat.
