Double recipe of Spinach and Olive Pesto
1 lb Delverde® Whole Wheat Penne Rigate
Fresh Parmigiano Reggiano, to serve
Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil, add salt, pasta and cook according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, make the pesto
Drain pasta and immediately toss with the pesto. Top with Parmigiano and serve. Nutty whole wheat penne rigate is the pefect compliment to this bold pesto. Serve warm or at room temperature.
