1 clove garlic, thinly sliced 4 sage leaves 4 tablespoons Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil® 1/2 pound veal, sliced thin 3/4 cup white wine Salt and freshly ground black pepper


In a medium-sized frying pan, sauté garlic and sage leaves in Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil®. Cook over moderate heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until garlic is a light, golden color. Add the slices of veal, browning on both sides for about 3 minutes. Add white wine, salt and pepper. Continue turning veal for an additional 3 minutes or until veal is cooked through. This dish is usually served hot, but because the sauce takes on a slightly marinated quality, it is also tasty when served cold. Delicious with good Tuscan salt-free bread. Usually served hot, but also tasty served cold.
