Simple Salad with Arugula, Goat Cheese, Fig Vinegar and Dried Figs



  1. Toss arugula in olive oil in vinegar

  2. Slice radish with mandolin

  3. Slice red onion or shallot to same width as radish

  4. Slice figs in half lengthwise

  5. Garnish salad as desired with goat cheese and serve with fresh cracked pepper.
