Pinot Grigio and Shallot Dressing

2 tablespoons Lucini® Pinot Grigio White Wine Vinegar 1/2 cup Lucini® 10 Year Gran Riserva Balsamico 1/2 cup Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil® 2 teaspoons honey 1 1/2 tablespoons finely minced shallots 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh thyme (optional) 1/4 teaspoon salt


Whisk together vinegars, honey, shallots, thyme and salt in a glass bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. Start briskly whisking the vinegar mixture and slowly add the extra virgin olive oil. Store in a glass container with a lid in the refrigerator for up to one week. Complex flavor and simple preparation make it an ideal dressing.
