Persimmon & Mozzarella Salad

This vibrant persimmon and mozzarella salad combines the sweetness of ripe persimmons with creamy mozzarella, creating a perfect balance of textures and tastes while the basil adds a fresh element. A finishing touch of extra virgin olive oil, complemented by a sprinkle of sea salt and pepper, enhances each bite, offering a refreshing and savory experience.


-3 persimmons

-8 oz mozzarella

-1 tbsp California Olive Ranch 100% CA extra virgin olive oil

-Sea salt and pepper to taste

-Fresh basil leaves

Optional Toppings:

Balsamic glaze



1. Thinly slice persimmons and arrange them on a plate.

2. Add a few mozzarella slices in between persimmon slices.

3. Drizzle olive oil over the salad.

4. Add a few grinds of sea salt and pepper to taste.

Add basil leaves. Serve cold.
