Mango Mint Creamsicles

These homemade creamsicles are so incredibly easy to make. With fresh, healthy ingredients like frozen mango, kefir and mint, this delicious treat is packed full of probiotics, vitamin C, and antioxidants. California Olive Ranch Arbequina Oil is blended right in there for an extra creamy texture and an added pop of flavor. These are the perfect refreshers for children and adults alike on those sunny days spent outside!


  • 2 cups whole milk kefir, unsweetened
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
  • 4 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons California Olive Ranch Arbequina Reserve
  • 10 popsicle molds


1. Add all ingredients, except mint, into a high powered blender

2. Blend until smooth

3. Add in mint and pulse about 10 times until shredded into small pieces

4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4+ hours until set 4.
