Hoagie Dip

Our favorite deli sandwich is dip-ified! This fully loaded appetizer has all of the elements of a traditional hoagie plus it’s spoonable and shareable! This one-bowl recipe can easily be prepped ahead of time by mixing in the lettuce right before serving.


  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • ½ cup hot soppressata, chopped

  • ½ cup prosciutto, chopped

  • ½ cup provolone, chopped

  • ½ cup salami, chopped

  • ½ cup sliced banana peppers

  • 1-2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced

  • ½ tsp dried basil

  • ½ tsp dried oregano

  • ⅓ cup mayo

  • 2 tbsp California Olive Ranch Miller’s Blend Reserve EVOO

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 2 cups of romaine, finely chopped

  • Bread bowl or crostini for serving


  1. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients except for mayonnaise. Stir to combine. Add mayo and stir again until evenly coated. Fold in lettuce.

  2. Serve in a bread bowl or with crostini alongside. Enjoy!
