Grilled Peach and Fresh Mozzarella Pizza

The perfect pizza to ring in summertime. Grilled peaches, fresh mozzarella, garlic and arugula meld perfectly to bring in a fresh, fruity and savory pizza you’ll want to have on repeat for warm summer nights.   • 1 package your favorite pizza dough

  • 12 oz jar your favorite pizza sauce, California Olive Ranch California Style Marinara is a great option here

  • 1/4 a sweet onion, thinly sliced

  • 3-4 garlic cloves, peeled and quartered

  • 2-3 ripe peaches, thinly sliced

  • 1 ball of fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced

  • Generous handful fresh arugula

  • California Olive Ranch Arbequina Reserve, for drizzling


  1. Preheat oven to 450F

  2. Stretch pizza dough and assemble pizza with sauce, cheese, garlic, onion, and peaches

  3. Place in oven and cook for 15-17 minutes

  4. Turn oven to broil and cook for another 3 minutes, watching closely as not to burn

  5. Top with fresh arugula and a drizzle of California Olive Ranch Arbequina Reserve
