Cast Iron Roasted Shrimp with Olive Oil and Roasted Garlic


  • 1 lb fresh shell on wild shrimp
  • 4 ounces roasted whole garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp California Olive Ranch olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced parsley
  • 1 tsp chili flake
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Bring cast iron skillet to medium to low heat with olive oil

  2. Add shrimp, shell on with garlic cloves, salt, pepper, chili flake, and herbs, and slowly simmer until pink. Flip shrimp to cook on the opposite side, and serve.
