Not only is this EVOO-inspired dish delicious, but it’s perfect even for those without much cooking experience. With just a few simple steps needed, virtually anyone is capable of making this tasty side without too much effort. Baking versus frying will allow the fries to maintain their crisp while not creating a mess in your kitchen. These sweet potato fries are equally sweet as they are salty and pair well with an aioli, like our Anchovy Meyer Lemon Aioli, or keep things simple with ketchup. Whatever you choose to dip your fry in, we think it’ll make a worthwhile addition to your next meal!Recipe Summary
