Avocado Chocolate Mousse With Olive Oil and Flaky Salt

  • Two medium sized, ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup dutch cocoa
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon California Olive Ranch EVOO
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Flaky salt
  • Fresh berries for topping (optional)


  1. Scoop out flesh of avocados
  2. Add avocados, cocoa, maple syrup, milk, California Olive Ranch EVOO, and vanilla extract to a food processor
  3. Blend on high for about 1 minute, until smooth
  4. Serve with flaky salt and berries on top
