Honey Balsamic Dressing


  • 6 tablespoons California Olive Ranch California Fresh extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey Dijon Mustard
  • Pinch each of fresh ground black pepper and kosher salt for seasoning


  1. Combine all ingredients except for the oil in a stainless non-reactive bowl.
  2. Whisk to dissolve salt. Slowly drizzle in the extra-virgin olive oil
  3. Taste for seasoning and adjust as necessary.
  4. Serve immediately or store chilled.
